The inspiration behind "Mind The Sea" is rooted in the belief that design should be responsible. This means considering the impact on society, the environment, technology, and humanities. Rongor Kane has constructed an entire space system based on the immersive experience of an 'Art Space', resulting in a living place that puts community and humanity at its core.
What sets "Mind The Sea" apart from other designs is its unique approach to the display function. Kane has broken up and reconstructed this function, embedding it skillfully within the space. The center includes an Outdoor Corridor, Gallery, Multifunction Room, and Book Bar. Furthermore, the project adheres to the WELL standard, incorporating a three-constant system of temperature, humidity, and oxygen to ensure indoor air quality.
The realization of this design was achieved through careful lighting design for the roof and an intelligent control system. These elements work together to maximize energy conservation while satisfying the illumination requirements of each functional space. The building's facade is pure white, with hollow window holes that isolate it from the city's noise. The combination of dynamic and static elements, light and shadow, creates a space that is simple yet captivating.
The "Mind The Sea" project was a significant undertaking, requiring a perfect blend of artistic aesthetics and natural humanities. Despite the challenges, Rongor Kane and his team were able to establish a hardcover standard system that offers a brand-new spatial experience and spiritual support. The result is a multifunctional, aesthetic-oriented lifestyle that truly represents the human settlement.
This design has not gone unnoticed in the industry. "Mind The Sea" was awarded Silver in the A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation, technical excellence, and artistic skill. It is a testament to Rongor Kane's remarkable design capabilities and his commitment to creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
